We’re celebrating Women’s History Month
Highlighting just some of Confluence’s amazing women
My experience in banking has taught me how to remain composed in challenging situations, some of which unfortunately involved quite a few hold-ups! Despite occasional shyness, I excel as a listener and leverage my knowledge to assist others and resolve issues. I have learned the value of asking questions. Questions don’t just promote learning; they’re the first steps in making improvements.

Working out when we can say yes, which is always our priority, but also making sure that when we need to say no, we explain why this might be the best solution for both us and the client. We must see ourselves as a division of our client’s organization; it’s a never-ending juggle between making our operations work and serving client needs.
