COVID-19: BCP Measures

Adjusting to COVID-19: Our business continuity measures

As we monitor the evolving global situation related to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, Confluence has taken planned and proactive measures focused on the wellbeing and safety of our employees, their families, our clients and our communities.

To sustain the high quality of service and stability that you have come to expect from us, on March 17, 2020, we closed all global offices and fully implemented our Business Continuity Plan (BCP). Pursuant to our plan, we maintain procedures that enable us to respond to business disruptions; as such, we continue to be fully operational and provide the excellent service and support that our clients have come to expect as seamlessly as possible.

Within our BCP and particularly relevant to the COVID-19 pandemic are robust work-from-home procedures that allow our staff to have full access to our systems and well-established remote working technologies that are designed to ensure we operate our business as usual in challenging times like these.

Confluence’s actions, today and always, are focused on the best interest of our employees, our clients and surrounding communities. You’ve placed your trust in us and we are prepared to continue to provide the service you expect now and in the future. Our current reality is not permanent. We are in this together and we will get through this together.
