(“Confluence”), a global leader in regulatory, analytics, and investor communications solutions for the investment management industry, today announced the appointment of Kevin Rozanski as Chief Financial Officer. Rozanski will be responsible for shaping and executing the company’s financial strategy, overseeing financial operations, and partnering with the leadership team to drive sustainable growth and long-term value creation.
Rozanski brings extensive experience in financial leadership across enterprise software and private equity-backed firms. He most recently served as Chief Financial Officer at Prometheus Group, an enterprise asset management software company, where he played a pivotal role in guiding the company through its sale from Genstar to Advent International and Leonard Green & Partners. Prior to Prometheus Group, Rozanski served as CFO of Silverline, a Pamlico Capital–backed consulting firm serving the Salesforce ecosystem. At Silverline, he advised the leadership team on financial reporting, audit and compliance, treasury, tax, and broader strategic planning and corporate financing.
