Mark Evans founded Confluence in 1991 with a vision to revolutionize the asset management industry through technology innovation and data management automation. Under his leadership, Confluence has grown to be recognized as a global leader delivering solutions that turn investment data into financial intelligence and are distributed to the world. Mark received the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of The Year^® Western Pennsylvania and West Virginia Award in the Technology category. The award recognizes outstanding entrepreneurs who demonstrate excellence and extraordinary success in such areas as innovation, financial performance and personal commitment to their businesses and communities. In addition to his role with Confluence, Evans is a dedicated community leader who passionately promotes business growth, supports entrepreneurialism in connection with local universities and the vitality of the non-profit community. Evans studied Computer Science at Indiana University of Pennsylvania and the University of Pittsburgh.

As President and Chief Operating Officer of Confluence, Todd is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, optimizing revenue generation across North America and Europe and evaluating growth potential in adjacent geographic markets globally. A 20-year financial services technology industry veteran, Todd provides strategic and operational direction while focusing on global expansion and ensuring operational accountability. He leads the company’s operations functions as well as market-facing activities which include sales, account management and marketing.

Todd has an accomplished track record of helping financial services firms of all sizes adopt innovative solutions to drive revenue. Prior to joining Confluence, he was executive vice president of SunGard’s Wealth Management business, where he was responsible for the sales strategy and delivery of integrated wealth management solutions. Prior to joining SunGard, Todd was a principal of Mid Atlantic Institutional Shares (“MAIS”), where he was responsible for the firm’s flagship mutual fund trade-routing platform. MAIS was acquired by SunGard in 2002. He has also served as a senior consultant for the Economic and Financial Consulting division of Arthur Andersen LLP.

As Chief Product Officer at Confluence, Kathleen Keenan shapes the company’s product vision and leads the Compliance, Regulatory & Reporting, Analytics, Global Data Services and Marketing divisions. Working across Technology, Sales, and Client Experience, she advances a strategy that anticipates regulatory change, unlocks data insights, and drives measurable results for Confluence’s global client base. Kathleen joined Confluence in January 2025.

A 20-year industry veteran, Kathleen was previously Vice President of Product Management for Investor Communication Services at Broadridge, guiding portfolio strategy and global platform modernization. Earlier, she led product strategy at GAGNONtax and BISAM, steering the growth of platforms trusted by top global asset-management firms. Her career also includes senior product roles at Thomson Reuters and Nasdaq.

Kathleen holds an MBA from the University of Massachusetts and a Bachelor of Science from Ithaca College.

As Global Head of Sales, Domenic Ionadi drives revenue growth, client retention, and solution expansion across Confluence’s more than 1,000 client relationships worldwide. He leads a multi-regional team of sales and account-management professionals, shaping go-to-market strategy and deepening partnerships with asset managers, service providers, and other financial institutions.

During his 20-plus years at Confluence, Domenic has held senior roles spanning implementation, program management, and global account management. Most recently, he led the Global Account Management organization, where he modernized the firm’s strategic-account framework and delivered double-digit revenue growth while maintaining industry-leading net-retention rates. Earlier in his career, he oversaw large-scale solution integrations for third-party administrators and asset-manager clients, helping them streamline operations and adopt global operating-model best practices.

Domenic began his career at SunGard Financial Networks, gaining hands-on expertise in reconciliation and post-trade data operations. He holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Business Administration and Economics from Carnegie Mellon University.

Nico has over 23 years of experience in financial services and technology markets. He began his career leading sales and product teams at investment firms, including driving business development for South Africa’s largest multi-manager and helping grow a major mutual company’s investment arm from under $50M to over $3B AUM in 9 years. Over the last seven years, he has held senior sales leadership roles in North America’s fintech sector, including positions at StatPro, SS&C, and Confluence, where he currently leads the global accounts business. Nico holds an Honours degree from the University of Cape Town and is a CFA and CIPM certificate holder.

Sanjoy Chatterjee has spent the last 2+ decades building solutions for the institutional asset allocator market segment as the founder of Investment Metrics. As Managing Director of Strategic Accounts at Confluence he is currently responsible for managing some of the key asset allocators’ clients.

With deep experience in performance measurement, analytics platforms and enterprise SaaS solutions, Sanjoy excels at aligning product innovation with client needs, helping institutional investors turn complex data into actionable insight.

Tom joined Confluence in 2007 after spending 6 years at BNY. Tom oversees global regulatory and financial reporting solutions at Confluence. This includes Unity Performance and Unity Financial Reporting, two widely used applications in the industry today, as well as the Alternative Funds Reporting Platform. Tom is tasked with maintaining the health of these platforms for existing customers while also continuing to evolve the solutions to meet the ever-changing regulatory and technology landscape.

Laurent joined Confluence in early 2025 to spearhead AI initiatives across all product lines. With over 25 years of experience in the data and analytics industry, he brings deep expertise to the role.

Previously, Laurent led the portfolio and risk analytics division of MSCI in Europe before founding SuccessData, an innovative document automation startup. His extensive background combines enterprise leadership with entrepreneurial vision in transforming data-driven solutions.

Lewis is a VP of Product within Confluence’s Compliance, Regulatory & Reporting (CRR) division, responsible for overseeing Confluence’s end-to-end Regulatory Document & Template production solution covering the key regulatory frameworks addressing “Key Investor Information” and sustainability disclosures.

Prior to joining Confluence, Lewis held Regulatory Product roles within the Global Custodian space at The Bank of New York and Northern Trust. Lewis holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Exeter and a master’s degree in financial regulation from the London School of Economics.

Kyrstin leads Confluence’s Compliance Services team, driving improvements in the regulatory landscape for diverse clients including investment advisers, broker-dealers, and private funds.

With 20 years of compliance experience, Kyrstin's career includes leadership roles at UBS Financial Services and serving as an in-house Chief Compliance Officer. Her deep industry knowledge informs her strategic approach to regulatory affairs.

Mike Marmo has been at Confluence for eight years, focusing on the firm's Global Regulatory Reporting products, including the company’s flagship Omnia and Signal products. With 19 years in the industry, Mike brings experience from working with traders, portfolio managers, and compliance teams. Prior to joining Confluence, he was part of the compliance implementation team at Charles River, where he specialized in RegTech solutions for the financial sector.

Jeff is the Global Head of Fund Administration Operations, where he leads financial reporting, regulatory reporting, tax administration, and regulatory administration services. With more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, Jeff brings a wealth of expertise and leadership to his role.

Before joining BNY in 2025, Jeff served as a Managing Director at J.P. Morgan, where he oversaw global fund administration operations. Prior to his time at J.P. Morgan, Jeff held several strategic and operational leadership positions at State Street.

Kelli is the Global Head of Fund Administration Product Management within Citi’s Securities Services division. In 2022, Kelli was the recipient of the NICSA President’s Award for demonstrated dedication, excellence and leadership in the asset management industry.

Kelli joined Citi in 2018 from J.P. Morgan’s Corporate & Investment Bank where she was an Executive Director in the Product Management organization. Kelli previously was the Senior Regulatory Administration Advisor leading the Regulatory Services team in J.P. Morgan’s Fund Administration organization, providing corporate governance and regulatory support to the firm’s clients. In 2017, Kelli was the inaugural recipient of NICSA’s NOVA Award for Emerging Leaders in Asset Management.

Katie King is a partner in the asset and wealth management practice at PwC. Katie leads PwC’s mutual fund regulatory group, which provides industry insights and relevant thought leadership publications, and the asset and wealth management regulatory managed services team.

Katie has over 21 years of financial services experience focused specifically on the asset and wealth management sector. She leads teams serving a variety of investment advisors and fund complexes including registered mutual funds, exchange-traded funds, and alternative investment funds.

Andrew Elkin is a seasoned operations executive with over 20 years of experience in fund administration and financial services. As Managing Director of Traditional Operations at SEI, he oversaw operations for approximately 4,000 funds across traditional and alternative asset classes, leading a combined team of 320+ professionals.

Previously, as Chief Operating Officer at CMG Capital Management Group, he provided executive leadership across investment operations, managed ETF-based trading strategies, and co-managed a fund of funds focused on alternative investments.
