The User Experience Architect at Confluence is responsible for the product and process design: the form and function of the user interface and workflow, its aesthetics, and the overall product usability, (not the technical architecture). He or she is responsible for understanding the goals of the consumer for the product and to create innovative designs which meets those goals. A user experience architect develops the personas and usage scenarios for the customer requirements. He or she will also develop prototypes and/or storyboards and conduct usability testing at several stages in the project life cycle.
