The Software Support Analyst at Confluence works within the Client Services department and is responsible for managing client satisfaction with Confluence software solutions post-implementation. Confluence’s most important asset is its clients. The mission of the Customer Support team is to ensure that Confluence’s clients are getting the business result they desire via our solutions. The Support team owns the client’s satisfaction with our solutions.  The Software Support Analyst will be located in our London office.
