Product Manager

We are seeking an individual to help define the tools that drive the financial service industry. The Product Manager manages products focusing on market analysis, new product development, strategic direction, and sales support. This individual must posses a unique blend of business savvy, attention-to-detail, a big picture vision and the drive to make that vision a reality. The Product Manager will report to the Vice President of Product Development. We have assembled a product management team that serves as the strategic nerve center of our business. Product management at Confluence is not for the faint of heart. A product manager is the CEO of his or her products and a principal driver of corporate strategy. The product manager is responsible for every aspect of their products and during initial development works closely with the business analyst to develop a complete product. The product manager is part of a cross-functional team and will interact regularly with sales, client services, software engineering, and software quality assurance, as well as senior management. A product manager is responsible for the initial vision including positioning, product development oversight with an eye towards whole product, marketing strategy and the entire life cycle of our software products.
