Michael Clements

Vice President of Global Sales

Michael Clements oversees Confluence’s global sales operations. He has been instrumental in significantly growing company revenues, while helping to build Confluence into a global enterprise.

Clements is one of Confluence’s longest tenured employees. He started as a Client Account Representative more than 10 years ago, progressing to Vice President of Client Sales and then to his current position. He has helped numerous clients understand the benefits of automating key reporting processes to achieve operational efficiencies.

Clements has 15 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to Confluence, he worked in the back offices of Key Bank and Mellon Bank. He also served as a Senior Project Operations Consultant, helping multinational companies reengineer and improve efficiencies in their production and manufacturing processes.

Clements is active in Pittsburgh’s downtown real estate development community and works with "Sustainable Pittsburgh" to bring new businesses to the area.

He graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics.
