Dennis Farkos

Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Dennis Farkos is the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Confluence. He is responsible for overseeing all finance and administrative aspects of Confluence’s global business operations, including corporate finance, budgeting, accounting, human resources and administrative services.

Farkos joined Confluence in January 2000, bringing more than 12 years of experience in accounting, planning and corporate finance. Farkos’ expertise has enabled Confluence’s continued growth while ensuring and maintaining discipline and solid controls in accounting, budgeting and financial planning. Before joining Confluence, Farkos served as the Vice President of Corporate and Export Finance for International Merchant Finance, Ltd. ("IMFIN") in Pittsburgh. He was also a Senior Analyst with Federated Investors in Pittsburgh, managing the preparation of more than 100 fund prospectuses, including balance sheet and income statement analyses, ratio analyses, and expense projections.

Farkos received a BS in Mathematics and Economics from Allegheny College.
